How long does it take for my dress to be made?
Our made-to-order gowns typically require a 6-month lead time. For brides with a closer wedding date, we offer a selection of ready-to-wear gowns that can be shipped immediately.
What is the difference between made-to-order and ready-to-wear?
Made-to-order gowns are handcrafted to your specific size range and height, while ready-to-wear gowns are pre-made in standard sizes and are available for immediate dispatch.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL Express. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location, and all packages are fully insured during transit.
Can I return my gown if it is not right for me?
Due to the delicate nature of our handcrafted lace and the made-to-order process, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We recommend booking a virtual or in-person consultation to ensure the perfect fit.
What undergarments should I wear with my dress?
We recommend wearing seamless, skin-toned underwear. Most of our gowns are designed to be worn without a bra, or with adhesive cups for additional support.
How do I care for my lace gown after the wedding?
We recommend professional dry cleaning only. Store your gown in the provided GLL garment bag in a cool, dry place to preserve the delicate European lace and silk.
