Please note that due to their unique nature, all made-to-order bridal gowns are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal within 30 days of receiving your order to submit a request for an exchange or a return for store credit.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your unworn, unwashed items with all original tags and lace-safe packaging into the return box to ensure they remain in pristine condition.

  Ship to Our Studio

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location for secure transport back to our team.

• 4.
  Quality Review & Processing

  Once received, our stylists will inspect your items for quality assurance and process your store credit or exchange within 5-7 business days.
